Meet Our Team
Barry Broeckling is a founding principal of B Squared Group. He held a Missouri real estate salesperson's license for several years and spent over two decades in facilities and operations management in St. Louis before relocating to Charlotte, NC where he currently resides.
As a longtime St. Louis resident, Barry was a member of the Florissant Chamber of Commerce and served as a volunteer for Junior Achievement.
He has an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University.
Adrienne Bain is a founding principal of B Squared Group. She has worked in commercial real estate finance and debt capital markets for 18 years. She has a particular focus on loan originations, debt structuring, financial analysis and business development.
Adrienne is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). She currently serves on the board of directors for the North Carolina A&T Real Estate Foundation, and previously served on the the CREW Network and CREW Network Foundation boards.
She received bachelors degrees in Journalism and Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Missouri at Columbia and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University is St. Louis. She currently resides in Charlotte, NC.
Joe Bayne is B Squared Management's property manager. He held a Missouri real estate salesperson's license for several years and has been managing residential real estate properties for more than a decade. Joe resides in Saint Louis, MO.
Dan Broeckling, a Farmington, MO resident, is B Squared Management's maintenance manager. He is a mechanic by trade, which serves him well with residential real estate maintenance issues. He's built decks, remodeled bathrooms, laid flooring and is an all around handyman.
