About Us

Barry Broeckling is a founding principal of B Squared Group. He held a Missouri real estate salesperson's license for several years and spent over three decades in facilities and operations management in St. Louis before relocating to Charlotte, NC where he currently resides.

As a longtime St. Louis resident, Barry was a member of the Florissant Chamber of Commerce and served as a volunteer for Junior Achievement.

He earned an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University.

Adrienne Bain is a founding principal of B Squared Group. She has worked in commercial real estate finance and capital markets for over 20 years, focusing particularly on loan originations, debt advisory and structuring, financial analysis and business development.

Adrienne is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Real Estate Executive Council (REEC). She currently chairs the board of directors for the North Carolina A&T Real Estate Foundation and sits on the CRE DEI advisory board, and previously served on the CREW Network and CREW Network Foundation boards.

She received bachelors degrees in Journalism and Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Missouri at Columbia and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University in St. Louis. She currently resides in Charlotte, NC.
